Spotly Privacy & Cookies

What Spotly stores for accounts, saved puzzle progress, payments and optional advertising.

Account and puzzle data

Spotly stores your email, display name, a salted password hash, player identifier, completed runs, scores and progress. Spotly also stores earned token transactions and Expert scene unlocks. Session cookies keep you signed in and associate guest progress with your browser. Local storage also keeps unfinished play data.

Payments

Paddle processes payments and payment receipts. Spotly stores the transaction reference, account identifier and membership dates; card details are handled by Paddle checkout.

Advertising choices

Where advertising is enabled, Google AdSense and the Google consent platform handle advertising and consent choices. Ads are requested only after the account membership check and the applicable consent signal. Active members do not receive advertising. Essential account cookies remain necessary for sign-in and progress. Use the control below to reopen the advertising choices where available.

Recommendations and preferences

Personalization is optional. When enabled, Spotly combines your verified play history with category visits and category filters to suggest scenes. It stores category weights, not raw search text. Turning personalization off clears stored category interests. Favorites and reduced-motion preferences are kept with your player profile.

Requests and retention

Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion of account data. Payment records may need to be retained for financial or legal obligations. Do not include your password or full card details in a support request.

Operator & support

Operator details have not been configured. Support email has not been configured; payments remain unavailable until it is set.
