Rules for playing Spotly and purchasing a one-time annual ad-free pass.
Using the game
Spotly provides browser-based visual puzzles for personal play. Do not interfere with other players, bypass access checks or redistribute the game artwork as your own. Published puzzles are reviewed; if you find a defect, report it so it can be corrected.
Annual ad-free access
The annual pass is one payment for 12 months without advertising on Spotly, linked to the purchasing account. It does not renew automatically. Buying another year extends the existing term. Active membership includes new Expert scenes after player level 3. Without membership, earned tokens permanently unlock an Expert scene at the price displayed for that scene, after the same level requirement. Tokens have no cash value. The first verified completion of a scene earns its full displayed token reward. Replaying that scene, including another combination, earns 5% of its original reward rounded down. Admin changes to the first-clear reward do not change this original replay baseline. Progression points are separate from tokens. The current price and final total are displayed at checkout before payment.
Payment confirmation and refunds
Paddle is the checkout provider and handles payment receipts. Access begins after confirmed payment. Approved refunds or chargebacks revoke the affected purchase. Contact support or Paddle using your receipt for a refund request; statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
Availability and account access
Keep your sign-in credentials private. Membership does not guarantee future puzzle quantities, search rankings, health benefits or uninterrupted availability. Your progression remains separate from paid access.
